1 GUIDELINES TO COMPLETING THE REPORT OUT PROGRESS TEMPLATE
For each domain (or subdomain) very briefly describe the 1) issue, 2) planned action and 3)progress as of the report out date. You can discuss and elaborate on your work while you present your progress. Three separate issue descriptions are provided on each template; however, if more space is needed, add more and number consecutively. Duplicate any of the pages if more space is needed and place behind the primary template for that domain. Avoid reducing the size of the font so your slides can be seen on the screen during the report out. You are welcome to add additional slides with pictures, samples or other examples of your progress behind each template (e.g., signage changes, policy changes, mission statement changes, appearance changes, etc.).
