2 The sharing economy is booming.
Airbnb has over 3 million transactions per month. Uber has completed over one billion taxis. But how about the food market?

3 In Sweden, food industry had sales of 261 billion and catering 99 billion in This corresponds to approximately SEK per person per month, or 18% of total household consumption. While the increase was five times greater in the restaurant industry (15.6%) as for the food industry (3.2%) between 2007 and 2015. If we look at how sales are distributed divided per person per month, we see that restaurant food is increasing and food industry decreasing. The difference between 2007 and 2015 in the food is only SEK 51 per person per month, while it spent 80 crowns more on eating out. These cancel out and the food account has only risen by 29 crowns (3017 sek, compared with Sek) between 2007 and 2015. Source:

7 Business model We take a 10% commisson on each transaction
The trend clearly shows that more money is spent on eating out and one of the main reasons we believe is simply the lack of time to cook at home. Here is where we come in, we want to offer preparad food from home cooks to luxury chefs and companies. We do not see that our customers are just going to buy one dish we belive they will be buying 5-10 lunch boxes so they can have it in the fridge for the week We take a 10% commisson on each transaction Chefs get 80-88% after service and transaction fees
