The audit will highlight
areas of good practice and help identify areas for
improvement which will lead to better care for people with dementia in general hospitals.
If you work with, or are visiting someone in hospital who has memory problems, please look out for the staff and carer questionnaires which will be available from June this year.

The National Audit of Dementia is working with hospitals, carers and hospital staff to help improve the care provided to people with memory problems or dementia in general hospitals.
Hospitals are giving out questionnaires from June to August this year. All feedback is anonymous and goes straight to the National Audit of Dementia Project Team.
