7. Evidence
Most of the evidence is classified. FBI says it is clear and irrefutable.
Hijackers were connected to the al-Qaeda, who Osama bin Laden had formed and was in charge of.
At first, he praised the events but then claimed responsibility in a video. He said he had been involved.
Osama bin Laden had already been involved in other attacks on America such as the Embassy Bombing.
He hated America for the way we had treated the Middle East
However, was never charged for this crime, only the first few. This one did bring more interest around him though.

8. FBI Wanted List
Put on the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List in 1999, because on his part in the embassy bombings.
He was the 456th person to be but on this list
On October 10, 2001, He was but on the initial top 22 FBI Most Wanted Terrorists, because of 9/11 and the embassy bombings.
Remains the only person every to appear on both lists.

9. Search, and Death
After 9/11, Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda were named prime suspects, with a 25 million reward for information leading to capture of death.
CIA was told to hunt him down and bring him back for a real trial, not just Grand Jury. They were told to use deadly force if they could not capture him.

11. Theory of Deviance.
Behavioral Theory: Behavioral theory is that people are taught to be violent when the are surrounded by violence. They may watch friends and family beginning rewarded for violence, or glorification of violence. This effect came while Osama bin Laden was fighting against the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. His friends that he made there were generals and soldiers, and violence is glorified in war. People are praised for killing, and he was too. He trained soldiers for combat and even participated in some battles. Many Arabs began to idolize him at this point, which brought attention to him and what he was doing. The violence are him as he was fighting in the Soviet invasion lead him to be a criminal because he saw violence get rewarded.
