3. PQAA main layout
After click the “Mango_PQAA” icon on device, you will see the following picture.
Click start button to start test.

4. TouchPanel (I)
<1>.The first test item will test touchpanel, As shown below
Multi-touch test, Need to pay attention to the following:
must use 2 fingers to draw line and can't leave touch.
Start point in the yellow circles.
Lines to draw could not be out of the gray area.
Finish all gray areas must be completed in 50 seconds

5. TouchPanel (II)

6. TouchPanel (III)
The line to draw out of gray area. Area shown in red. Then need to draw again.
Multi-touch test pass when all the gray area test pass

7. TouchPanel (IV)
After the multi-touch test is the cross line test. Test pass conditions is to eliminate all the blue boxes.

8. Below all the blue boxes are eliminated in the vertical direction.
TouchPanel (V)
Below all the blue boxes are eliminated in the vertical direction.

9. TouchPanel (VI)
When horizontal blue boxes are eliminated, next is the diagonal test. As shown below.

10. TouchPanel (VII)
Diagonal test is similar to cross line testing, eliminate all blue boxes to pass. This picture shows eliminating from the top left corner to the lower right corner of the blue boxes.

11. Draw line test after diagonal test pass

Draw line test after diagonal test pass
Draw line test requirements must use four fingers to draw lines.

12. TouchPanel (IX)
After test complete will show a dialog box. If the line is disconnected, please select failed , or to pass.

13. TouchPanel (X)
Notes:
Cross line test, diagonal test and draw line test, these three tests must be completed within 90 seconds, if more than 90 seconds, it will fail .

14. Display (I) <2>.Display test.
Display test function to test the quality of the screen . The first display full screen red.

15. Use the finger click the touchpanel will display full screen green.
Display (II)
Use the finger click the touchpanel will display full screen green.

16. Use the finger click the touchpanel will display full screen blue.
Display (III)
Use the finger click the touchpanel will display full screen blue.

17. Use the finger click the touchpanel will display full screen black.
Display (IV)
Use the finger click the touchpanel will display full screen black.

18. Use the finger click the touchpanel will display full screen white.
Display (V)
Use the finger click the touchpanel will display full screen white.

19. Display (VI)
It will show confirm dialog after the white test complete. If any problem found in the testing process, please select failed, or else please select pass. The display test complete.

20. SDCard (I) <3>. SDCard test.
SDCard test will test SD card read and write functions. Please insert the SD card to devices before test. If have errors during the process of reading and writing test, then the test is fail. Test procedure as following.

21. SDCard (II)
After test complete will be show dialog as shown following. Please click ok button and remove sd card. The test item finish.

22. Button
<4>. Button test Button test requirements within 15 seconds to complete the test, otherwise the test will fail. If the program detects the button press action, the corresponding button items will be checked. Power button press two times. Button test passes when the press of three buttons can be detected.

23. Vibration (I)
<5>. Vibration test Vibration test function to test the quality of the vibration. In the beginning will show warning dialog. The device start vibration after click ok button. Choose how many times the device vibrates, if it matches, then pass, otherwise fail.

Vibration (II)
The devices start vibration after click ok button , as shown below.

25. 5. Vibration (III)
Will show select dialog after the device Vibration completed. Please select the number of vibration.

26. Pass Layout
If all the test result is pass, will show function pass, as shown below.

27. Other (I)
You can select need test item before click start button, as shown below.

28. Other (II)
During testing if a test result is failed as shown below. If you select the continue button, it will test next item. If you select the retry button, it will retry current item.
