Y1 and Y2 Mentees Start of School Year Orientation Y1 and Y hours of professional learning Y1 Weekly Mentor Support Y1 Attend 2 regional PGP network meetings Y2 Mentees complete reflection on Professional Growth Y1 Observations by mentor Y1Observations of peers/mentor Attend mentor training Meet with mentee weekly Attend PGP meetings with mentee Assist mentee in development of PGP Be observed by mentee per design Observe mentee to provide formative feedback Attend at least 3 roundtables

7 Access to Professional Development Support
Learning opportunities will be coordinated with your school district: Common Core State Standards (CCSS) Center for Educational Leadership (CEL) 5+Dimensions of Teaching and Learning, Danielson’s Instructional Framework Next Generation of Science Standards (NGSS) Others as identified

8 Compensation Structure
In-Kind Support Stipend for Mentors and Mentees Registration for online classes Registration for Mentor Academy Substitutes Materials Clock Hours Available Y1- $400.00 Y2- Stipend to attend Professional Development- Up to 6 hours of PD. Up to $250.00 Y1 Teacher Mentors: Stipend paid by district or ESD112. Up to $600.00/Mentee

9 Access to Compensation
Complete and return to ESD 112 the Temporary Employee Forms sent to you Payment made at end of grant activities, upon completion of all requirements and documentation. REMEMBER: IN ORDER TO GET PAID YOU MUST COMPLETE AND RETURN YOUR PAPERWORK IN A TIMELY MANNER
