How to Verify Your People First Personal and Work Information for the 411 Online Directory
This is the People First Training Course for New Employees.

2. How to Verify Your Personal Info
To keep your information current in both People First and the 411 Online Employee Directory, you must verify certain fields in People First for accuracy. Notify your HR Office if changes need to be made.
Click Review My Information to get to the Personal Info section of People First.
How to Edit Your Personal Information
To keep your information current, you must complete or verify certain fields upon your employment and maintain them as your information changes.
To access your personal information, go to the quick links section on the left and click review my information.

3. How to Verify Your Personal Info
Use the Personal Info dropdown menu to view the Personal Info screen.
You will be working from the personal info dropdown menu to complete the next items.

4. Personal Info (Nickname)
If you go by a nickname that you wish to have published in the 411 online employee directory, you may enter it via the Personal Info screen.
Additionally, you should verify that your name is spelled correctly and that your Social Security Number and birth date are correct. If a correction needs to be made, contact your Human Resources Office.

From the dropdown menu, select personal info and click GO.

From the dropdown menu, select personal info and click GO.

6. Personal Info (Nickname)
Click the radio button to the left to bring up the Details screen.

7. Personal Info (Nickname)
Click EDIT in the lower left hand corner. Type your nickname in the appropriate field, then click the Publish Nickname checkbox. Click SAVE.

Click MENU to return to the personal info dropdown menu.

8. Personal Info (Nickname)
Verify that your name is spelled correctly and that your Social Security Number and birth date are correct. If a correction needs to be made, contact your Human Resources Office.

Click MENU to return to the main menu screen.

9. Address
To check your address, go to the Work Info dropdown menu.
Select Address and click GO.

10. Email Address Click the radio button to bring up the Details Screen.
Verify that your address is accurate. If not, contact your manager or HR Office.

11. Work Location and Phone Number
To check your work location address and your work phone numbers for accuracy, go to the Work Info dropdown menu. Select Work Location Address. Click GO.

12. Work Location and Phone Number
Check your work location address (not the mailing address) and the county.
Additionally, check your phone number and extension, if applicable, and your Suncom number, if applicable.
Contact your HR Office if corrections need to be made.
