2 What is HRMS HRMS is a web-based software
Automates critical business-to-employee administrative and strategic processes It sits on the desktop of every employee in the organization The system is work-flow based and has several self service features

3 Log-in Employee Code Adrenalin Password Adrenalin Password Adrenalin Link User can log on to Adrenalin through IWIN > My Information > Personal Info Page. Once you are on the “personal page” click on “Log on to Adrenalin” and enter your “Adrenalin Password" available on Personal Info Page. Default password for 1st login is “Adrenalin Password”, which needs to be changed after the 1st successful login attempt. In case user forgets the password, click on Forget password link and follow the instructions. On submission, the password would be mailed to your ID.

4 Dashboard Birthday Tickers Pending for Approval Dashboard consists of the HR Portal, Birthday Tickers, Adrenalin Application, etc. The Dashboard options depends on the user login or the role played by a particular user

5 Employee Summary Employee Summary* is the common page seen across the entire application. The user can choose to display Direct Reportees (default), Indirect Reportees or records under facilitation. Click on particular employee, to view options pertaining to the selected employee. * The page displayed on this slide is only a “default - template” view, the actual page would have IIL template

6 PERSONAL DATA

7 Employee Details To view / update employee details, the user can click Personal Data  Personal  Employee Details. Once the employee submits the form, the same would be routed to the HR Officer for Approval. On approval by the HR Officer the data would be refreshed on the screen. Similarly, other details like Contact Details, Emergency Contact, Family Details, Bank Details, Passport Details, Vehicle Details, Visa Details, Driving License, Hobby Details or Language Proficiency, can be viewed / edited.

8 Education Details To view / update education details, the user can click Personal Data  Qualifications  Education Details. Once the employee submits the form, the same would be routed to the HR Officer for Approval. On approval by the HR Officer the data would be refreshed on the screen. Similarly, other details like Certification Details or Professional Membership, can be viewed / edited.

9 EMPLOYMENT DATA

10 Current Employment Data
To view employment details, the user can click Employment Data  Employment Details. This section (Employment Data) is maintained / managed by HR Facilitator.

11 Past Employment Data To view past employment details, the user can click Employment Data  Past Employment Details. Similarly, other details like References, can be viewed.
