8 Camera to NVR

9 Embedded Analytics IQEye cameras have had built in analytics known as IQAnalytics for some time With the updated firmware these are now offered free with every camera Integration to ViconNet has been updated to show bounding boxes on live and playback (ViconNet and VMDC)

10 Vicon Analytics When fully rolled out, Vicon Analytics will be available as embedded or server based analytics Will initially be offered as 3 embedded analytics on selected IQeye cameras Supported analytics are: Intelligent motion detection, camera tampering, intrusion detection Availability is planned by end of Q4’2015 Will require an IQeye firmware update and ViconNet 8.1 (free for ViconNet 8.0 customers) ViconNet 8.1 integration will show bounding boxes in Live and Playback The 3 embedded analytics is the first element of a 2016 analytics plan Planned to add Vicon server based analytics as well as additional embedded analytics on selected IQeye cameras Performance requirements for embedded analytics and specific camera model will determine how many behaviors can active on a camera at any given time CPU intensive analytics, such as future LPR support will require server based installation Replaced IQEye with IQeye across the presentation.

11 Vicon Embedded Analytics
Intelligent Motion Detection: Vicon’s advanced motion detection embedded in IQeye cameras reduces the number of false alarms by intelligently analyzing motion in a scene and filtering out false triggers from lighting changes and non-human movements such as those made by animals and threes Camera Tampering: Vicon’s camera tampering embedded in IQeye cameras monitors video to detect camera failures or tampering. Alerts will be generated if a camera lens is partially or completely blocked, or the field of view or camera angle has been altered Intrusion Detection: Vicon’s camera tampering embedded in IQeye cameras provides automated perimeter monitoring to secure a specified area or zone and will monitor the area for people or vehicle intrusion

12 How to get Vicon Embedded Analytics
Supported on IQeye cameras IQ76x, IQ86x, IQA3x, IQD5x, IQD6x, IQM5x, IQD6x, IQR5x New cameras with next generation technology will support as well Can be enabled on cameras already installed through a standard firmware upgrade ViconNet 8.1 is required and will be free for customers running ViconNet 8. For earlier versions it will be available as a licensed update

13 Where will this take us By end 2015: By end 2016
3 Vicon embedded camera analytics with integration to ViconNet for no extra cost By end 2016 Vicon embedded camera analytics with an optional cloud based infrastructure for simple and affordable deployment A subscription based analytics and cloud solution that will offer flexible and affordable pay as you go business intelligence solution An on premise (Vicon hardware) or cloud solution for metadata to be stored, processed and viewed through web or mobile clients Create unique framework that utilizes metadata from camera or server based analytics and other metadata sources to create a new layer of business intelligence and reporting in security installations
