A profile is a collection of needs. It allows you to select the customers requirements (services, phones, software) per group to build the solution.
A profile contains the following information:
Title/Description
Services:
Voice Mail / Single Number Reach / Contact Center / WebEx Meeting Center
Desktop Software/Hardware:
Jabber, CIPC, CUCU Lync/IBM and VXI
Mobile software:
Jabber
Devices:
Cisco phones, Analog & Third Party phones
Examples of profiles:
Managers
Service: Voice Mail + WebEx Meeting Center
Devices: 1 EX90
Desktop: Cisco Jabber Desktop for Windows
