Support by Main Company Langenburg Technology LLC for the Sales & Marketing Offices at GDIH LANGENBURG Warranty 10 years on LTUs 20 years on fixed based power stations Regarding the manufacture´s warranty, the warranty is 19 years for our LT Portable Unit and 20 years on our permanent water/power units. GDIH LANGENBURG at the time of purchase will issue to the Purchaser a copy of our performance guarantee backed by either a bond or insurance policy that will be back the warranty. If the Units fails to perform per spec and/or per the warranty, the performance bond will provide recourse to the Purchaser to cover the cost of the capital investment. Testing and test data Second there was a concern as to the unit being fully operational prior to being shipped, and what assurances the lender will have that the unit is operational prior to releasing funds? Upon completion of the unit, we will have an Independent Large Power Company, provide us a truck of dirty water and they will also test the power output of the unit. They will provide in written format the LT Units output of power and will run the LT Unit through a series of stress and other routine test providing the results. Also, an independent Lab will analyse the provided water and watch as we process that water and will test that water output. The water lab results will demonstrate that the water output exceeds drinking standards laid out by EPA for quality drinking water. In fact, the water output will be comparable to the high quality designer water we bottle and sell retail all over the United States. TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM FOR THE PORTABLE LT UNIT SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTING ADVANCED PROPRIETARY TECHNOLGY
Using an advanced proprietary technology, the LTWR1PTBL Water & Power Processing Unit is capable of transforming up to 250,000 thousand gallons per day of wastewater, polluted water, and or industrial water into municipal grade clean drinking water. The Units will also generate 1.1 Megawatts of Power which can be used for power necessity. With the actual process components constructed of “316” medical stainless steel, the LTWR1PTBL Water & Power Processing Unit is built for super heavy-duty, continuous, maximum 2.0 Million gallons per day, 24/365 use and sold with a renewable 10-year, full-service maintenance warranty. These specially designed, sealed, fully automatic, fully computerized, self-cleaning, “no down-time” redundant backup system units with automatic shut-off and automatic flow adjustment (for volumes down to 5,000 gallons per day), significantly minimize downtime and system failures over conventional water processing systems. Each unit is equipped with variable controls allowing for manual adjustment of water purification volumes to accommodate variable water supply volumes ranging from 5,000 to 2.0 Million gallons per day. With the exception of inflow and outflow water pipes and couplings, power cables and exterior cleaning, there are NO user serviceable parts. User manuals are supplied. Power Generation-Scalable from 3mw to 280mw of Power. Footprint of the units average approximately 2,100sf. or square meters LT Pollutants are converted into fuel. Fuel powers turbine engine. Turbine engine powers electrical generator. LT/PWG self‐powers entire system and can provide 100’s of MWs to a the power grid. Water brought from reservoir is pressurized to 5,000 psi. 10% commission from assignment of GDIH LANGENBURG ´s fee-agreement Carbon credit up to 50% on fixed revenue units with power purchase agreement and 0 - emissions on CO2 and yield per tonne and our credit annually based on power production Sale of water to bottling plant, hospital, minister powdery, water treatment, sewage, etc. EXAMPLE EXPLANATION OF THE POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT LANGENBURG TECHNOLOGIES partners with GDIH LANGENBURG to provide alternative power and clean water to a Client forming a new company - GDIH LANGENBURG The Partnership secure a Power Purchase Agreement from the Client agrees to purchase power at a fixed rate for a fixed period of time, let´s say $. 10 a kilowatt hour and for 20 years. The Client wants a 40 Megawatt unit that will clean one million gallons of water a day. The value of that contract would be approximately $700MM. The cost of the unit would be $35MM to include the infrastructure cost. The Lender would use as collateral the Power Purchase Agreement and lend the partnership the $35MM. The LT Unit would be manufactured, delivered, and installed on site. The Partnership would act in the capacity as Power Provider and Water Provider to the client and would bill monthly for the services offered. Billing would service the dept. In most cases the project has the capacity to be free and clear after just a few years, leaving the project with a positive cash-flow thereafter. © GDIH LANGENBURG Project / Start up for GDIH LANGENBURG

ESSAR ENERGY TO SECURE LONG TERMS POWER PURCHASE PACT FOR TORI POWER PLANT
LONDON (Dow Jones) - Essar Energy PLC (ESSR.LN), the India-focused integrated energy company, Thursday announced that it will be signing a power purchase agreement, or PPA, with the Bihar State Electricity Board, or BSEB, for 300 megawatts of contracted capacity from its 1,200MW Tori I power station which is under construction in Jharkhand state, India. MAIN FACTS: BSEB has issued Essar Energy's subsidiary Essar Power Jharkhand Limited, or EPJL, with a Letter of Intent to purchase the power over a 25 year period and it is expected that a binding PPA will be signed within two months. The supply of power under the terms of the PPA will commence from May 2015. Under the terms of the Letter of Intent issued by BSEB, the 300MW PPA will involve EPJL supplying power at a levelised tariff of approximately 7.4 U.S. cents per kWh net of transmission costs. © GDIH LANGENBURG Project / Start up for GDIH LANGENBURG
