11 Issues of Concern for Version 1.6
The Team is struggling with these issues: The market is still awaiting requirements on the manner in which the credit will appear in the 810_02. It may appear in the account loop, which is passed on to the end use customers. Another method was to provide the credit in the business to business loop which stops at the CRs. The TTPT adopted scripts with alternative expected results depending upon which method is approved The market understands that for competitive meter services it is recommended in the substantive rule that the customer/meter owner requesting all competitive metering services will be expected to contact the TDSP directly. The billing and manual process scripts are undergoing last minute revisions as all were written anticipating CR/TDSP communication only. The market understands that Price to Beat customers cannot receive credit for competitive meter ownership in an affiliated TDSP/Rep's territory, however those CR's example ABC operating in XYZ's or XYZ in ABC's territory may receive this credit. Scripts are being considered that will include P2B and non-P2B scenarios.
