27 Cardiovascular Diseases - Atherosclerosis, Coronary Heart Disease, Angina, Myocardial Infarction, Stroke Fat builds up in vessels and blocks them Reduces blood supply to an area e.g. the heart

28 Diabetes - can lead to weakened blood vessels, blindness, limb amputation, coma
When the body does not produce or respond to insulin effectively
