3. Note from Counseling
If any seniors need their final transcripts (showing final semester grades) sent to their college, they should make their request BEFORE their last day of school in order to avoid extra fees

4. Yearbooks will be distributed the week before you are done with school
If you did not order one – there are not many extras – they are available on a first come basis

5. PROM Cherry Creek Golf Club – Shelby Township
Wednesday, May 25th from 6 – 11pm
Doors open at 6 – dinner is at 6:30
No one will be admitted after 7:30
No one over the age of 20 will be allowed
You will need a guest form from website – also on the table
You MUST bring your ID

7. PROM MENU Seating is first come, first serve
Family style dining (you can ask for more if you want it!)
Soft drinks, rolls, salad, Pasta, Carved Roast Beef, Chicken Breast, potato and vegetables, Chocolate Mousse for dessert, carnival station for late night snack
If you have special dietary restrictions, please let Ms. Cryderman know when you purchase your ticket

10. LIMO FUNDRAISER
Stoney Creek Softball is selling raffle tickets for a chance to win 5 hour 8-10 passenger limousine.
It is valid now until March 2017
All proceeds will go to Stoney Creek Softball.

11. HONORS CONVOCATION Celebration of top scholars by invitation only
Invitations will be sent out later this week
May 17th at 7:00pm in the auditorium
Mandatory rehearsal on May 17th during 3rd hour.

17. COMMENCEMENT SPEECHES
Interested in auditioning to give a speech at the commencement ceremony?
Sign up for your audition time slot in the main office from April 20th – 22nd
Auditions will be held on April 28th

18. CAP & GOWNS
Many of you have not yet ordered your cap & gowns. If you have a pink ½ sheet of paper in your folder – that means YOU!
If you don’t already have a cap & gown that you are borrowing, make sure to visit the website to order ASAP! Orders were due in November!

19. COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY
June 6th – 7:00pm at Oakland University’s O’Rena
Must arrive by 6:00pm to be ready to line up.
May NOT decorate cap
MANDATORY rehearsal on June 6th time is TDB
TICKETS – Each graduate will receive 4 tickets, unless you request an additional 2 tickets (up to 6 total) on the senior website
