Milestone 6/28 Ratification of new by-laws, results 6/30–8/2 Communications with Leadership (VPs, Directors, Program Managers) 7/12 Open nominations 8/2 Close nominations 8/11 Complete vetting of nominees 8/14–8/25 Votenet setup by GOC 8/28 Voting begins 9/22 Voting ends 9/27 Final results from GOC 10/2 Notify Candidates of Election Results, Confirm Acceptance 10/3 Notify Board & Marketing/Communications of Election Results & Confirmed Successors 10/4 President & President Elect send "Congratulations" to new Board members; invite to attend all upcoming Board meetings and strategic planning meeting
