2. It is located in the historical Champagne region of France, famous for the wine. Cest situé dans la région historique de Champagne, célèbre pour le vin. The city center is shaped like a Champagne cork, with the river Seine running across its rounded top. Le centre ville est en formé dun bouchon de champagne, avec le fleuve la Seine en travers le sommet.

3. It has many historical wooden building that were rebuilt after the Great Fire of 1524. Il a beaucoup de bâtiments historique en bois quont été reconstruisait après le Grand Feu de 1524.

4. Troyes is famous for its many beautiful churches, like Saint Peter and Pauls cathedral, famous for its beautiful stained glass windows. Troyes est célèbre pour beaucoup de belles églises, comme la Cathédrale Saint Pierre et Saint Paul, célèbre pour les beaux vitraux. Next to the church is the Cellier Saint-Pierre, the former storeroom of the cathedral and the oldest civil building. À côté de léglise est le Cellier Saint- Pierre, lancien magasin de la cathédrale et le plus vieux bâtiment civil.
