A interactive notebook (INB) your own personalized DIARY of learning about science A portfolio of your work in ONE convenient spot. This is great for studying for upcoming quizzes & test A great ORGANIZATIONAL tool that gives you permission to be PLAYFUL AND CREATIVE in your responses without "messing up" your notes. 7 Left Side-Right Side: WHICH SIDE?
The notebook is divided into TWO sections. Left Side-Right Side: WHICH SIDE? The Left SIDE is “LOCKED” it contains information given by Ms. Scillieri. This is the input side. The RIGHT SIDE is “your RESIDENT”. This is the side that you can use to show me your creativity. This is the “output” or product side.

The RIGHT SIDE belongs to you. It contains your creative INTERPRETATION of what you learned in the day’s activity. On this page you may include diagrams, cartoons, drawings, poems, foldables, etc. Let your CREATIVITY go wild! ODD PAGES= 1,3,5,7,9…YOU GOT IT..

28 STEP 3 Every time we do INB go to TOC (Table of Contents) first! This is important in staying organizing After completing your INB it needs to be “stamped” by Ms. Scillieri for a classwork grade One classwork grade (HW, INB, Center, Exit Slip) will be entered into the computer/RealTime for mom/dad/adult in charge of you to check your progress. Ask for help! We are going to practice. And practice Did I mention this takes practice ?. We are learning this together! I believe in us!
