10 You will now have a copy of the Review Form (either interim or final depending on where you are in the Placement or RP2, RP3 or RP4, if you are following the School Direct Programme). Please ensure that the Review Point (interim or final) is indicated, and that a grade is entered for each Standard, including Part 2. Ensure that you complete this form with your mentor.

11 Prior to each Review you must have undertaken your own self grading against the Standards. You need to have highlighted the Standards for which you have evidence and shaded the corresponding statements on your Standards Continuum . All statements need to be based on your evidence.

12 You must also have completed the justification sheets for each of the 8 Standards.
For each subsection of the Standard (for example 3a,) you need to have identified the evidence that you are basing the judgement upon and then you need to say HOW this evidence shows that you are achieving, either Beginning, Developing, Good or Outstanding.

13 You need to spend time with your mentor discussing your self grading, evidence and justifications. Together you agree the grading (Beginning, Developing, Good or Outstanding) for each Standard. Next, together, you enter information into the Review Form regarding areas of strength, based on the discussions that you have had around your self grading, evidence and justifications. Areas for Development MUST be identified in relation to each Standard.

14 Ensure that comments are entered by your mentor, yourself and your University Link Tutor (ULT) and that the form is signed, electronically.

15 At the bottom of the form there is a drop down menu
At the bottom of the form there is a drop down menu. If you click Prep – this means that the Review is in Preparation. If you click Review – you can go back and amend what is written, should your mentor want to alter anything. When you click Complete – this then becomes the final version of your Review and is submitted to Abyasa Pro
