Social Studies
We will wrap up our learning of how to differentiate and analyze various types of maps. Vocabulary: political map, physical map, climate map, population map, historical map, resource map, legend, scale, inset map
Map skills test Friday, and students will receive their first Daily Geography Grade.
Science
We continue scientific method and how scientists use data to draw conclusions. Vocabulary: control group, Hypothesis*, independent variable*, dependent variable*, observation*, qualitative*, quantitative*, physical properties*
