Join a Presentation after logging in
To join a presentation after logging in , go to and either select a previously attended presentation by selecting the presentation icon and choosing an action entering the presentation Key ID and choosing an action or If you do not login before joining a session you restrict yourself not automatically saving notes. Eventually you will want to login. Select using the icon and join the presentation or enter the presentation Key ID

Student Teacher Return to format 1 and use the next button to move forward. Within half second the student screen will move forward. Student Teacher Switch back the teacher to presenter mode and look at the next screen. Switch the student to notes mode. Note that the notes are not shared. If you login as the student then the red login button will not appear. Note that the notes are not shared. Switch back the teacher to presenter mode and look at the next screen. Full Presentation Mode
In Chrome you can expand the Notes Box. Grammarly has been added as an Google addin to check spellings and grammar. Student Teacher Shared the notes by click on the Green Notes Button it will turn red. The notes will appear on the Student screen on next refresh of page. Add some notes. With the preview notes, can review them and amend them. You can decide to share or not share the notes with the users. For the user their see the presentation in Full screen mode or Notes mode. The final column shows how the notes displayed when shared.

Maintaining your profile

Profile page The profile page is the personal dashboard for each user of Notes Sui. The panels allow you to maintain your details and locate information about your use of the system. You can upload a profile image, decide on default options, and receive messages. You can upload a profile image which can be useful in identifying who’s presentation a user is attending or who provided comments. You can choose your opening screen after logging in. All amendments require a confirmation password for changes to occur.

User parameters are to help you with the user interface, allowing you to decide how the interface will appear. For example you can decide which page will appear when you open Notes Sui. If you are normally presenting then the “Presenter’s List” is the idea choice. If normally you will be attending sessions then the “Your List of attended presentations” would be better. The Notes Sui add-in will be upgraded over time and this where you can download the latest version from. You can terminate you use of Note Sui from here. You obtain licenses from this page. When you have a new license you can add it to your profile here.

Edit/maintain a presentation
Instance of a presentation The URL link you can add to your VLE Presentation Add the Panopto Video There opportunities to amend parameters of presentation. If can increase or decrease the number of slides to be shown in presentation and in each instance of the presentation. If you increase the number of slides above the actual the system presents a slide indicating an error. To add the Panopto video link you need to edit an instance. You add the other presenters as shared presenters here by including there Usernames separated by only a comma. Add users for sharing

Suspend a Presentation/Instance

Print Presenter List Instance
Select the colour format of the printout. Instance of a presentation You can print the instance you have presented. It will print all the slides in the presentation, placing the non presented slides in a shaded format. You can print it in one of the colour formats. You can send the page to your printer or as a PDF file depending on your PC configuration.

Print Attended List Instance
Select the colour format of the printout. Instance of a presentation You can print the instance you attended. Click on the Mortarboard icon to move the presentation KeyID into input area and them click on the Print Presentation Notes. It will only print up to the slide that was included in the presentation which may not be the last one. You can print it in one of the colour formats. You can send the page to your printer or as a PDF file depending on your PC configuration.

You can move presentations and instances between the live and archive folder by clicking on these eye icons. Yes toggle No to cancel.

Creating a VLE to link to a presentation
Copy and Paste the URL link To create a link like the one above to a presentation, click on the edit instance of the presentation. Notes Sui includes an automated link to the presentation instance that can be copied into your VLE. Open the presentation in edit mode, Highlight the URL link and copy and paste it into a VLE object. For example in Moodle a URL Link object. Add some information to attract the users in the description May be open in a new blank page, setting the size The edit instance page will open.

COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).
Using the VLE link The link will take the user into the presentation without logging in. Without logging in the user cannot record any notes but can switch to notes mode and then login. COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). The link will take the user into the presentation without logging into Notes Sui. However, they will not be able to record any notes until logged in. Because of the legal requirements of COPPA users under the age of 13 cannot have any details recorded in the Notes Sui system and therefore cannot become namedusers.
