Putting Older People First in the NW – Call for Information Publishing a report in early 2017 on ‘Putting Older First in the NW’. This is supporting work of the NW Housing LIN Leadership Set Do you have examples of transformative health, care and/or support services that demonstrate greater cost effectiveness, reduce demand, improve quality, deliver better outcomes, showcase innovative new models of care at home or housing development etc for inclusion in our report? If so, please a short description of your services for consideration, by Tuesday, 3 January 2017.
