2 Tasks and responsibilities - HCN
Overall project management and coordination Project coordinator as main point of contact - ensure information flow Progress monitoring Risk management - ensure requirements to funders are met (in particular timely submission of high quality deliverables) Prepare interim and final reports Organise Core Group in collaboration with OECI Ensure and assist communication with EAHC & among associate partners and with pilot sites & stakeholders in collaboration with OECI Assist building up project library (documentation, outputs etc.)

Assess project implementation & progress in collaboration with HCN Ensure communication with/between funder & partners and stakeholders Financial management, monitoring and control of all partners budgets Reporting to the funder Host & organise Core Group meetings in collaboration with HCN Assist building up project library (documentation, outputs etc.)

4 Tasks and responsibilities – Pilot sites
Internal project coordination within the organisation Participate actively at all project meetings (including face-to-face, electronic, and telephone) Respond to all requests by the project coordinator in a timely fashion Report any problem to the project coordinator or the Lead partner (e.g. delays) Comply with requirements concerning finance, time and quality of outputs Provide partner interim and final reports both technical and financial Provide feedback on draft outputs Assess and inform project implementation & progress

8 Reporting The technical reports, financial statements and other documents referred to in Article 1.5 must be submitted by the coordinator in 2 copies in ENGLISH: Interim reports and other documents related to a request for a first further pre-financing within 2 months following a period of 18 months after the starting date of the actions covering the period M1- M18 Final reports and other documents related to a request for payment of the balance within 2 months following the closing date of the action covering the whole project duration.
