3 Who was invited? All students who were identified in Banner as non-White (n = 4,813) All students on Access and Diversity listservs Random sample of 2000 students from general Banner database Lists checked for overlap so that students did not receive multiple invitations

4 Who Participated? Age: M = 25.12, range 18 – 61
Transfer student: 40.8% 78.8% UG; 22.2% graduate 16.8% non-traditional; 33% first generation college 30.5% speak language other than English at home 2.4% veteran 48.7% male; 50.8% female; 0.4% transgender or nonbinary 33.4% married; 20.2% parenting 8.6% LGBTQ 74% U.S. born 25.3% multiracial
