A total of 15 items on a 5-point Likert Scale: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree, Strongly Agree Lowest mean score would result in a 1.0 (Strongly Disagree-low satisfaction) Highest mean score would result in a 5.0 (Strongly Agree-high satisfaction) n=530 The survey was administered online and results went directly to the Higher Learning Commission.
