The reason why I am asking is because My Rotary is a real treasure chest full of useful information and tools. And Rotary’s online resources and tools are available to you 24/7. On this slide you can see some of the tools where we think that they are especially useful to you as club president or club officer because you as reported club officer have an extended access to My Rotary. All or maybe only some of these tools may sound not familiar to you. But I am sure that a the end of this presentation you will know them all. [Click] For instance, our Showcase and Ideas tools will help you to learn more about what other clubs are doing well in terms of successful projects, and help you to highlight the successes of your district. [Click] My Rotary also often contains the most up to date information available to District Officers- and this information is demonstrated in a number of reports that can help to make your job easier. These reports include membership numbers, giving to the Rotary Foundation, and many others- all of this information can be valuable heading into your Official Visits, and to paint a picture of the overall health of your district and it’s clubs. [Click] The Brand Center is a great resource for helping District Governors to ensure that clubs and the district are properly using Rotary’s marks to create a cohesive story of success throughout the district. [Click] Rotary Club Central. The consistent use of My Rotary in your districts give you access to, and helps you create, a historical footprint of where you district has been and where it’s heading. This comparative data will allow you to identify areas for improvement, help you see how the district is progressing, and create an overall picture of what was accomplished during your year. [Click] And lastly, My Rotary is an administrative powerhouse for the district. It’s where you’ll find the means to submit a great deal of information about your district, and will help you to manage the day to day operations of being a District Governor. [Click] We will talk more during the presentation about how you can best make use of these tools at your disposal. [Click] Rotary Club Central Club Administration
