Done in country under supervision of local physicians and possibly visiting physicians

Internships should include classroom activities and updates

Basic- in country 12 months would require coordinator and one faculty, salaries for residents: $100,000 since some costs in-kind
Hybrid model with additional visiting faculty, external evaluation and experiences in high volume hospitals $300,000
18 month hybrid model to include external evaluation and residency option: $500,000 a year
