The Victorian inventors worked long and hard to come up with amazing inventions.

3 William Henry Fox Talbot
William invented the moving pictures, which we now call the video camera. Moving pictures were invented in 1839.

4 William Henry Fox Talbot
William was born on the 11th February 1800 in Melbury, Dorset, England. He married a beautiful woman called Constance Talbot. Following that he had three children called Ela, Rosamond and Charles Henry. William died on the 17th September 1877.

5 Thomas Edison Swan and Edison invented the electric light bulb (in 1879).

6 Thomas Edison Thomas was born on the 11th February 1847 in Milan, Ohio, United States. He married Mary Stillwell and Mina Millar. He had several children, they were Marion Estelle Edison, Thomas Alva Edison Jr. , Madeline Edison, Charles Edison and Theodore Millar Edison. Thomas died on 18th October 1931. Thomas was Born Here

7 Alexander Graham Bell Bell invented the impressive telephone which has now been turned into mobiles and then got turned into touch screen.

8 Alexander Graham Bell Alexander was born on the 3rd March 1847 to Eliza Grace Symonds Bell and Alexander Melville Bell in Edinburgh. He went to university in Edinburgh and London. He married a lady called Mabel Hubbard in Together they had four children, two boys and two girls. Alexander died in 1922 of diabetes.

9 Elias Howe Elias Howe invented sewing machine in 1844.

10 Elias Howe Elias was born on the 9th July 1819 in Spencer to Elias and Polly Howe. He apprenticed for Mechanic and Machinist. Elias married Elizabeth Jennings Ames and Rose Halladay. Altogether he had three children, their names were Jane Robinson Howe, Simon Ames Howe and Julia Maria Howe. Elias died on the 3rd October 1867 at the unfortunate age of (48) forty eight.
