Beta started Oct 11th (7 weeks)

4. What’s New in SBM 11.2

5. File / URL fields
Fields that can contain files or URLs enable workflow to be written against such a field, enabling decision based (for example) on the existence of an attachment prior to transitioning.
In addition, multiple fields (with multiple attachments) can be placed on a form to enable grouping of concepts
e.g. requirements, QA test plans, contracts, etc.
Fields can be controlled via permissions, form actions and other access technology to ensure visibility only to the correct users at the correct time.

Enable admins to granularly control default views
Select a primary group per user regardless of membership
If desired, choose individual views to assign to a team or user

Refresh interval can be set by user per widget
Honors auto-logout settings as well

Previously, SBM could only sync users from AD/LDAP
SBM 11.2 enables sync of groups from AD/LDAP into SBM

14. Further improvement of E-mail recorder
System will try to parse the body of the and extract information lile by line, where:
%FIELD_NAME%":" or "=" %FIELD_VALUE%
Numeric, text, user, project and selection fields are supported.
Mistakes in field names and values - user input will be mapped to the nearest value until a (configurable) threshold exceeded.
Images submitted via Submit and Recorder appear in notes and item fields with RTE enabled
Ability to map header fields to fields for notification response.
