4. Research the Employers
Identify which employers are of most interest to you and create a priority list.
Visit their web sites to learn more about them and available positions
Read and understand their mission, vision and values
If their values align with yours what work have you done that align with that value? If there is something integrate it into your “elevator speech”
Do a search of their events and news to learn what’s happening there.
See if the organization has a link to its most recent press releases for additional information.

5. Plan your fair strategy
