Shows the team the leader knows what is going on and everything runs smoothly
Jobs are assigned to people and are accomplished
Everyone is a part of a team and has their job
If a leader is disorganized and frantic, the team is frantic

Good or bad
Team expects a leader to be there for it all

Communication is key.
Clear, and concise information about assignments and tasks
Notify team members when they are going good
Provide constructive criticism when needed

Listen to team members ideas
Ask them questions
Get them involved
This will help motivate them into helping
Also shows them the leader is interested in them

Be confident- but not overly confident
Good communication
Be decisive
