Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Division
UNCLASSIFIED Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Division Provides operational-level intelligence to the JFACC, AOC Divisions, and assigned subordinate units in order to command and control daily and contingency air and space operations within the AOR. Analysis, Correlation & Fusion Team Conducts dynamic all-source IPOE Provides tailored analytic support to SRD, CPD, COD and AMD Advocates and satisfies subordinate units’ analytical intelligence requirements Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance Operations Team Manages collection operations, requirements, and RFIs for two CCMDs Collection Management RFI Management PED Management Targets & Imagery Support Team Conducts target development and tactical assessment and provides imagery support Target development in three theaters Imagery support to all AOC divisions & supported units Tactical assessment for lethal and non-lethal strikes Senior Intelligence Duty Officer Team Executes the current ATO, monitors threats to air operations and ISR mission accomplishment. UNCLASSIFIED Air Mobility Division Airlift Control Team (ALCT) Processes validated airlift requests and plans/schedules/ tasks intra-theater airlift operations in the AOR Aeromedical Evacuation Control Team (AECT) Provides operational planning, scheduling, and execution of scheduled and unscheduled theater aeromedical missions Air Mobility Control Team (AMCT) Provides centralized C2 for all intra-theater mobility operations in the AOR Air Refueling Control Team (ARCT) Plans, coordinates, and tasks air refueling missions to support intra and inter theater air and space operations Plans, coordinates, tasks, and executes the air mobility mission in support of COCOMs.

UNCLASSIFIED 603d Air Communications Squadron Operations Flight Comm Focal Point, Data Links, Network Management, RF Transmissions & Video Ops Maintains over 250 miles of fiber optic/copper cable and over 700 client PCs. Quality Assurance Flight Unit Training, Evaluations/Inspections, and Program Management Conducts and manages 5 & 7 level training, personnel and equipment evaluations for 106 personnel and >18K equipment items. Tracks over 16K self assessment items for additional duties, and oversees 22 Commander’s Programs. Provides world-class C4I operations and maintenance of the Falconer AOC weapon system during daily and contingency operations

UNCLASSIFIED 603d Air Communications Squadron C2 Systems Flight Mission Systems: TBMCS/GCCS Support Systems: Core/Cyber Defense Mission Systems: Administers 59 servers which deliver the ATO, order of battle, intel, and imagery through TBMCS to 16 remote locations, as well as manages the Common Tactical/Operational Picture services/tools for the AOC Support Systems: Performs server maintenance and upgrades for 83 servers as well as identify, manage, and defend network vulnerabilities on 145 servers Plans & Resources Flight Plans & Projects, Configuration Management, Material Management, Plans & Requirements, Resources Advisor, and Information System Security Manager Conducts Exercise Planning, Project Management, maintains current WS Baseline, Accountability & Management of 3.5K IT Assets and conducts the Tech Review Board To be the premier Air Communications Squadron in the Air Force; a key enabler to the AOC conducting air and space operations….anytime, anywhere!

19th BCD Mission (What We Do)
The 19th BCD conducts liaison between USAREUR or designated ARFOR / Land Component Command and Air Component Commander to coordinate airpower and ground capabilities across the range of military operations within the USEUCOM and USAFRICOM Areas of Responsibility.
