Newgen ECM solution with built-in Linear workflow can help to capture and automate the processing of the invoices.
The Invoices from all the locations can be received and scanned using Newgen’s Enterprise level bulk scanning, indexing and search software called OmniScan.
The Invoices along with the supporting documents can be exported to a linear workflow within OmniDocs where they can be approved or rejected by the users based on the roles and the rights.
One can also integrate with the ERP so that while looking at the GL or AP etc one can click and extract the concerned document within ERP
