2 A good speech Talk to the person next to you and remind one another of 6 things that make for a persuasive speech. Challenge: can you use any examples from Emma Watson’s UN speech, or your own plan, to explain your tips?

3 My speech On your own, write out your speech in full. You have 25 minutes Remember to use new paragraphs for new points Think about your persuasive language Remember to include examples we have studied to support your claims Use the success criteria on your planning sheet to help you

In RED underline each main point you have made In YELLOW underline each example you have used In GREEN underline each persuasive phrase/word In BLUE underline anywhere you have outlined and responded to the opposing view. WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN STRENGTHS? WHAT ARE YOUR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE FINAL DRAFT?
