LEAP Program Offerings The LEAP Program The LEAP Program (Learning English for Academic Purposes) has two options: 1) The A/B/C classes, which must be taken concurrently OR 2) The D & E classes, which can be taken separately & which also include technology skills. For the academic year Fall 2013 through Spring 2014, the ESL Department will be offering the D & E classes exclusively instead of the A/B/C courses in an effort to meet student demand and needs. Look at these new schedules: Old schedule: Mornings:8:00-10:15 Lab Classes: 11:00 am-1:10pm Afternoons: 1:30 pm -3:50 pm Evenings: 6:30pm -8:55 pm New Times: Morning classes: from 8:30-10:45 am Morning classes: from 8:30-10:45 am Afternoon classes: 11:30 am-1:45 pm Afternoon classes: 11:30 am-1:45 pm Evening classes: from 6:00-8:15 pm Evening classes: from 6:00-8:15 pm

Taking both D and E allows you to move the next semester into a higher level of LEAP; you can also retest at the end to see if you place higher!
