Figure S3A. 54 loci in A genome with 3 to 8 loci on each chromosome; 17 alleles including 3 CN and 1 IN private alleles with their loci on chromosome unclear were excluded.
Figure S3B. 41 loci in B genome with 4 to 6 loci on each chromosome; 9 alleles including 1 CN private allele with their loci unclear were excluded.
The position of each locus on chromosome was shown as "Chromosome-Distance from top (cM)". The "distance from top (cM)" was based on different mapping reports, and provided here for reference only.
