2. Background / Overview O BMS was established in 1969, when Dennis Swartz saw the need to repair x-ray aprons that eventually led to the manufacturing of new aprons. However, Dennis’ vision for his company was different from his competitors. He offered a wider range of sizes, cut for both men and women, and expanded the range of colors and fabrics. If the customer desired to be custom measured, that was done and the apron was tailored to fit. As the technology advanced, BMS was the first to offer customized embroidery. BMS moved the product from being uncomfortable and monotone to one that is a comfortable fashionable product. Our continued success is due to the fact that we can fit ALL sizes. We can make alterations to designs to meet customer needs. Our research and development team is always reviewing our designs to ensure that our aprons are the most comfortable on the market.

16. Maternity Frontal Protective Apron Our maternity apron is designed with 2 detachable side panels, which allow the apron to "grow". When the pregnancy is over simply remove the side panels and the apron reverts to a regular frontal apron. For those who need protection both front and back we also have available a complete wrap around maternity apron.
