2.  Surya Veena Adarsh Niketan Trust(SVANT-India) was formed under the Jharkhand Govt on 23 rd Aug,2010 with it’s registered Head Office in B.S.City, Jharkhand and branch Office at Janakpuri, N.Delhi.  The Trust aims to contribute to the social,educational,healthcare,technological and economic growth of the City,State and the Country as a whole.  The Trust has been formed with the association of the trustees from B.S.City who are qualified enough with high education, recognition and experience in the work field with Govt and MNCs in India and Abroad.  The Trust aims to conduct awareness programmes related to various diseases like Cancer,TB,Kalazar,Polio etc. within the tribal areas,villages and town area through conferences,seminars,Nukar Natak,pamplets, TV Shows etc.  The Trust aims to start and run Technical,management,vocational institutes in Bokaro Steel City and other places in Jharkhand.  The Trust aims to start small scale industries to promote local handicrafts and promote local talent on both state and national level.

4.  Dedicated approach in creating jobs on both contractual and permanent basis.  Provide Professional training to upgrade the soft/hard skills of the local people from Bokaro Steel City.  Provide Consulting services to the youth of Bokaro to be innovative and self dependent.  Conduct Seminars,Conferences,guest lectures in schools colleges to provide the upward thrust to the students.  Invite the various MNCs from all over the country to select best brain from Bokaro and nearby areas.

7.  HEART stands for HUMAN EMANCIPATION AND RURAL TRANSFORMATION.  Is a Unit which aims to provide the equal opportunity to girl child as of boy in every progressive initiative.  HEART aims to provide the girl child education to underprivileged and undernourished section of the society.  Some of the common issues that HEART deal with include Women Empowerment, Gender Issues, Pollution, Education, Urban Development, Health, concerns of the Less Privileged, Social Justice & Human Rights etc.
