FLASH MOBILE | 2 Flash Mobile Virtual Distributor As a Flash Mobile Brand Leader, you own your mobile service business. You control the customer experience, from activating your clients’ SIM cards to topping up their balance and helping them select a plan. You are the customer’s first point of contact and must be able to answer questions and resolve any service issue they may encounter. By providing superior customer service throughout the process, you encourage customer loyalty and start to gain word-of-mouth recommendations. It all starts with a successful Customer SIM Activation!

FLASH MOBILE | 3 SIM Activation Process 1.Insert Your Flash Mobile SIM Card 2.Turn on your phone and wait until it recognizes the Flash Mobile Network 3.Call *555 and enter: 1.Brand Leaders activating your personal cell phone – your Flash Mobile Brand Leader ID 2.Brand Leaders activating a cell phone for a customer – your Brand Leader ID (to ensure you get credit for the customer) 3.Customers referring people for “Get 5, Get Free” – the Flash Mobile Phone Number of the Referring Customer 4.Top-Up your Flash Mobile SIM 5.Select a plan by calling *555# and choosing option 2 then option 1. 6.To use Internet and cellular data, configure your phone’s APN settings. 7.Your customer’s Flash Mobile Phone Service is now ready for use. Enhance their experience by downloading the Flash Mobile App and helping them port their number to Flash Mobile. 8.Answer any Questions – Ask for Referrals – Follow-Up Welcome them to Flash Mobile - The Service That Rewards Them! FLASH MOBILE | 4 1. Insert Your Flash Mobile SIM Card Depending on your device, your SIM card could be located in one of two places. Important to ensure the SIM is loaded carefully to ensure it slides in completely.

FLASH MOBILE | 5 2. Turn on Phone If the phone is unlocked and the SIM was inserted properly, you should see Flash Mobile on your home screen (Process may take up to a minute.) If the Flash Mobile network doesn’t show up - restart your phone

Turn on Phone If there is still no Flash Mobile network: Try a working SIM in the phone to confirm there is not an issue with the phone 95% of the time when your phone will not activate with Flash Mobile, it is due to a locked phone. Check the website of your current mobile service provider for instructions on unlocking your phone or contact their customer service department. By law, they are required to unlock your phone if you have satisfied your phone purchase requirements. Unlock online by visiting www.flashmobile.mx under the section “Unlock Your Phone” and follow the instructions.www.flashmobile.mx

Turn on Phone If you see Movistar on your home screen: If your phone is a Telcel, Movistar or AT&T software branded phone: Congratulations, you have successfully activated your phone on the Flash Mobile network! Due to a software configuration on these types of phones, it will only display the mobile operator network (Movistar) rather than the network name (Flash Mobile) Don’t worry - the service, the benefits and the opportunity is still Flash Mobile!

Enter Your Brand Leader ID To Ensure Your Customers Are Assigned Accurately and You Receive Credit Call *555: It’s very important to listen closely and follow the message prompts carefully. As a Flash Brand Leader, if you are activating your customer’s mobile service, select option 1 and enter your Brand Leader ID carefully and then listen to confirm it was entered accurately. If your customer is activating one of their referred customer’s mobile service for “Get 5, Get Free,” select option 2 and enter their Flash Mobile phone number carefully and then listen to confirm it was entered accurately.

FLASH MOBILE | 9 3.1 Turn Cellular Data Off Once the SIM is activated, turn Cellular Data off to avoid using the Top-Up Balance prior to selecting a plan Many applications like email and location services on smart phones use the data network to automatically update and will start to use your balance immediately. Any phone call or SMS sent prior to selecting a plan will use your balance. Go to “Settings”, click “Cellular” and move Cellular Data to “Off”.

Top Up Your Flash Mobile SIM Flash Mobile Brand Leaders Purchase Top-Up Center credits through your Back Office only Become a Top-Up Center by transferring balance to your customers! Credit Card Online One-Time Top-Up and/or Set Up Automatic Monthly Top-Ups OXXO (Coming in November) – Ask for “Flash Mobile” 15,000+ locations throughout Mexico + Recarga – Ask for “+ Más Recarga” or “Movistar” 80,000+ locations throughout Mexico Database updates take place at 8am, 11am, 5pm and 11pm. Example: If you activate at 6pm, you’ll need to wait until after 11pm or the next morning to top up at a + Recarga location.

Select a Plan to get Customer Points IMPORTANT and Worth Repeating: Select a plan as soon as possible after your top- up to avoid using balance: Many applications like email and location services on smart phones use the data network to automatically update and will use your balance Any phone call or SMS sent prior to selecting a plan will use your balance. Select a plan by calling *555# (don’t forget the “#” ) and choosing option 2 then 1. There are two pages of plans, so if you don’t see your plan on the first page, go to the next page to select your plan

Configure Your APN to Use Internet and Data Most mobile phones will configure automatically during the Flash Mobile activation process: Android phones 80% of the time iPhones and Windows phone must always be configured manually If you see Flash Mobile 3G / LTE on your home screen or you can successfully access www.flashmobile.mx you are all set!www.flashmobile.mx

Configure Your APN to Use Internet and Data iPhones Ensure you are connected to a WiFi network 1.Go to apn.flashmobile.mx 2.Click “Install” 3.Click “Next” 4.Click “Install” again Congratulations! Your cell phone is now configured on the Flash Mobile data network and you can surf freely.

FLASH MOBILE | 14 6. Configure Your APN to Use Internet and Data Android Phones Manual Configuration - You should have received a configuration text message; if so, click “Install”. If the text message did not arrive, please follow these steps: 1.Click Apps, then “Settings.” 2.Click “More Settings” or “Mobile Data” or “Mobile Networks.” 3.Click “Access Point Names” or “APN” 4.Click “Add” (the + symbol) or “New APN.” 5.Enter the following information: Name: Flash Mobile APN: internet.flashmobile.mx 6.Click “More” or “Menu” and then “Save.” 7.Select Flash Mobile (the access point you just created). Congratulations! Your cell phone is now configured on the Flash Mobile data network and you can surf freely.

FLASH MOBILE | 15 6. Configure Your APN to Use Internet and Data Window Phones Manual Configuration: 1. Go to the “Settings” menu 2. Click on “Access Points” 3. Click “Add” (+) 4. Type in the following information: Name: Flash Mobile APN: internet.flashmobile.mx 5. Click “Save” ( ✓ ) 6. Select “Flash Mobile” (the access point you just created) and you’re ready to go! Congratulations! Your cell phone is now configured on the Flash Mobile data network and you can surf freely.

FLASH MOBILE | 16 7. Enhance Their Flash Mobile Experience Download the Flash Mobile App and customize your Flash Mobile Service. Check your top-up balance and usage history Purchase and manage your plan Top-up your account Set up automatic top-ups with a credit card Transfer top-up balance Turn cellular data ON/OFF Download from the App Store or Google Play Store. Take charge of your service!

FLASH MOBILE | 17 7. Enhance Their Flash Mobile Experience Bring your number to Flash Mobile Before starting this process, be sure you have activated your Flash Mobile SIM card. With the SIM card of your current provider installed in your phone, text the word “NIP” to 051. You will receive a 4-digit code that you will need to provide when completing the Bring Your Number form online. Fill out the form on www.flashmobile.mx under the section “Bring Your Number” and choose the date on which you want to bring your number over to the Flash Mobile network. Your number will be ported on the date that you selected. You will receive an SMS to the cell phone number you requested to port, once the process is in progress If you made a mistake in filling out the form, please send an email immediately to soporte@flashmobile.mx

FLASH MOBILE | 18 8. Follow-Up to Ensure High Satisfaction 1.Activate customers whenever possible using your Top-up Center credits (purchased via the Back Office). This positions you as a Top-Up Center and leads to a natural follow-up with your customer coming to you for their regular top-ups! 2.See if they have any additional questions and answer them. Make sure they know about www.flashmobile.mx where they can get additional information, FAQs and self-help videos if they need any help. www.flashmobile.mx 3.Ask for referrals. Help them get 5 customers so they can get their service for FREE! 4.Let them know you’ll follow-up in a few days to see how they are enjoying their new Flash Mobile Service 5.Make sure you follow up 28 days later to see if you can help them top-up for their next 30 day plan. They will automatically rollover into their plan at the end of their 30 days if they have enough balance. Let them know to contact you at any time if they have any questions, or if they have others that would like to enjoy the service.
