2. Trip Dates The trip will be from Tuesday, June 4 th (leaving from Bedford Junior High at approximately 1:30 pm) and returning Saturday, June 8 th (returning to Bedford Junior High for pick-up at approximately 10 pm)

3. Trip Highlights Quebec Civilisation Museum Guided walking tour of Lower and Upper Town (Old Quebec) Saint-Anne de Beaupre basilica Montmorency Falls Cabane-a-Sucre (Sugar Shack) Haunted Ghost Tour of Old Quebec Plains of Abraham and the Martello Tower Quebec Legislature Building Disco Cruise (evening cruise on the St. Lawrence River) Great meals Shopping!

4. Trip Price The cost of this trip depends on the number of students who participate. The price ranges from $650 - $748. Families will be notified of the final price by the end of the day on November 16. The price of the trip includes: –3 or 4 star hotels –Hotel security throughout the night –56 passenger luxury coaches and drivers –1 tour director per bus. Guides participate in all events and activities and are available for emergencies 24 hours a day (guides stay with the school group in the hotel) –All meals and activities on the itinerary, excluding those meals indicated as “Own Expense”

5. We are taking a maximum of 98 students. The first deposit cheque of $200 is due by November 16 th …first come, first served Other deposit cheques are due: February 14 th, April 5 th, and May 3 rd. Amounts for future deposits will be decided in November when a final cost has been determined Cheques payable to Bedford Junior High

6. Other Items of Note Once numbers have been finalized, additional student meetings will take place closer to the trip date (room assignments, final itinerary, expectations). Information will be communicated to parents via email and the trip website THIS TRIP IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT! The trip will be chaperoned by an administrator (Robin Snow, Vice Principal) and teachers
