2 2016 ACP NORTH TEXAS 2 Steve Patterson – President A Managing Director of Capital CFO Partners, Steve Patterson serves as a Consulting and Operational CFO committed to solving complex, urgent and sensitive corporate financial issues. Capital CFO Partners provides strategic, executive-level advisory and interim or fractional CFO solutions to enhance clients’ financial and operational objectives. Steve has more than 30 years of business experience in a variety of industries, including healthcare, food production, wholesale distribution, federal government, banking, energy, software and professional services. Steve has served as CFO of both private and public corporations, involving start-ups, recapitalizations, turnarounds, IPOs and acquisitions. A native Texan, Steve and his wife Janice have four adult children and yet only one grandchild. Steve is a graduate of The University of Louisville, a Texas CPA and an Eagle Scout. As a member of Toastmasters since 2008, Steve enjoys public speaking and has addressed such diverse groups as a class of MBA students at UTD, investment clubs, retirement communities, and the US Secret Service.

3 2016 ACP NORTH TEXAS 3 Mike Weibel – VP of Education Originally from Oklahoma City, Mike escaped to Dallas in 1982 and never looked back. Mike has been a member of Toastmasters since 2004, is the past president of Big ‘D’ Toastmasters and has given over 100 speeches in competitive and private venues. In his spare time he is a private pilot, an avid golfer, and occasionally builds websites. Mike currently works in the IT Risk Department at Energy Future Holdings in Dallas as the IT Vendor Risk Manager. He received his B.S. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas in 1990, became a CPA in 1991, and has spent over 20 years working in technology designing and developing software, including financial systems. Prior to his role at Energy Future Holdings, Mike worked at Southwest Airlines and Blockbuster, LLC. Mike now works with Mark Weidner at EFH, who has recommended that Mike join in with Mark and adopt the retirement contingency plan of investing heavily in the Powerball drawing this week.
