All employees except the following are eligible for monetary awards: –Employees in leadership roles – EVP, SVP, VP, etc. –Employees whose primary job function is to sell multi-service solutions (i.e. Integrated Facility Solutions) –Employees in a position to award work as part of a subcontracting relationship 7

Solve One More Recognition Program –Top qualified lead generators by # and sales $ generated –Quarterly and annual recognition for top lead generators Solve One More Reward Program –Pays 1.5% of first year’s contract price or project/TAG value with a maximum value of $5,000. –From February 22 to October 31, 2013 the maximum value will be doubled to $10,000! –ABM On-Demand leads are paid at a flat $500 once $20,000 of project/TAG work has been reached –Top annual qualified lead generators will earn special prizes (TBD) on a quarterly basis and the top annual winners will travel to the annual ABM Leadership Conference to be recognized –Employees not eligible for monetary awards will have special rewards and recognition at the ABM Leadership Conference 8
