3 CLICK “PeopleSoft SA/HR” To reach this page, log in to my.ucf.edu, then click on Staff Applications How to Update the Checklist in the GPS

4 SELECT “Main Menu” How to Update the Checklist in the GPS

5 Open the “Campus Community” Folder How to Update the Checklist in the GPS

6 SELECT “Checklists” How to Update the Checklist in the GPS

7 SELECT “ Person Checklists” How to Update the Checklist in the GPS

8 SELECT “Checklist Management - Person” How to Update the Checklist in the GPS

9 CLICK “Find Existing Value” Tab 000000999 ENTER your Student’s ID How to Update the Checklist in the GPS

10 000000999 LOOK for “PROP” (Prospect Program) in the Administrative Functions Row How to Update the Checklist in the GPS VERIFY the Program you are updating under the “Checklist Code” column. CLICK the row with the program you intend to update

11 CLICK the “Checklist Management 2 tab 000000999 Knight Rider How to Update the Checklist in the GPS

12 CLICK the Drop Down to Change the Checklist Status e.g. from Initiated to Completed or Waived Once saved, these changes will now appear on the Student’s GPS How to Update the Checklist in the GPS 000000999 Knight Rider Status Dates May also be changed here; Status dates will display on the GPS. Do not change the due date.

14 Open the “Campus Community” Folder How to Post Comments to the GPS

15 SELECT “Comments” How to Post Comments to the GPS

16 SELECT “Comments - Person” How to Post Comments to the GPS

17 SELECT “Person Comment Entry” How to Post Comments to the GPS

18 CLICK “Add a New Value” to add a new Comment. Note: You should always choose this option unless you’re making a correction to an error in an existing comment.

19 ENTER Your Student’s ID 000000999 How to Post Comments to the GPS then CLICK “Add”

20 ENTER Your Comments Here and click SAVE 000000999 Knight Rider Devon Miles Please Remember Any Comments you enter here, WILL appear on the Student’s GPS Report which the Student will have access to. How to Post Comments to the GPS Mr. Rider’s Transcript is on Hold pending College Approval. ENTER your Administrative Function and Comment Category. Click the magnifyer for options Click on Variable Data to enter Academic Career and Program

21 How to Post Comments to the GPS 000000999 ONLY if making a correction to an error in an existing comment should you append an existing comment. To Append, CLICK “Find Existing Value” ENTER the student’s ID Click Search SEARCH for the comment you want to append, then click on its hyperlink

22 How to Post Comments to the GPS Knight Rider 000000999 ENTER your comments in the “Append Comment” Section. Click Save Your comment will now appear in the student’s GPS
