2. Objectives of the Project
Standardise the core aspects of Mandatory Training
Reduce duplication of Training
Increase the amount of time staff spent in service
Allow for more specific training to be delivered in relation to role, environment and patient/client group.
Ensure mandatory training is mapped to NHSLA
Ensure mandatory training is mapped to KSF
Remind group of where work began
Through BSBC the West Midlands Mandatory Training passport was instigated
Funding through Project 9 secured by Garrett Taylor at BCH
