2 Using the GiftsofCheer.com order log system to process and deliver your patient’s gifts

3 To view on-line GiftsOfCheer.com orders in your Gift Shop : 1- On the internet, 2- Go to http://www.giftsofcheer.com/orderlog.asp 3- Type in your assigned username and password (This takes you to your specific order-log page) 4- Up comes your current order status showing you everything you need to process plus a history of all your GiftsOfCheer.com transactions.

4 Let's review the information on the order-log page: Check that your hospital name and today's date are correct.

5 This screen contains the order status, the recipient, the sender, the date, and the amount.

6 Red = "Open" status… order to be processed & delivered Yellow = "In Process"… someone is processing order Green = "Delivered"… order delivered and completed Gray = "Cancelled"… order cancelled

7 How to process an "Open" order : Click on the arrowhead of the red open order you wish to process.

8 Click on the "In Process" box

9 Note the "Modify Status" window that just appeared 4- Click on "Yes"

10 Note the status flag has changed from "Open" to "In Process"

11 The "Delivery Coupon" contains the complete information about the order. Print 2 copies of the "Delivery Coupon" to accompany the delivery.

12 Note the sender’s personal message, if any, in the feedback section of the delivery coupon. At your option, transcribe this into a handwritten personalized message in the thank you card that we provide. Close the delivery coupon window.

13 Deliver the Gift to the recipient. 6- Leave one copy of "Delivery coupon" and the thank you note with the recipient. 7- Use the second copy to record the patient’s Thank You Message, if any, which you will email back to the sender. The "Thank You" messaging service is optional at your discretion.

14 After the Gift has been Delivered :. 8- Click on the arrowhead in the status column that corresponds with the order you are processing. 9- Click on the "Delivered" box.This initiates the process of sending an email confirmation back to the sender.

15 Note the "Modify Status" window that just appeared 10- Click on "Yes"

16 Note the status flag has changed from "In Process" to "Delivered"

17 Note the "Feedback Order" window that just appeared. The "Feedback Order" contains the complete information about the order: order #, recipient, their location, sender and the Thank You message, if any, from the recipient to the sender.

18 11-Type the Thank You message, if any, in the Feedback Box. 12- Click on "Accept".

19 That's All There is to It!
