13 Application of Theories
Observed operations and wanted to increase efficiency, due to extended wait times. Increased employee turnover – Replaceability – Machine Metaphor Employees transitioned to working on different stations. Changed to specialized stations however, the employees were eligible to work at any station. Transition from locally owned to corporate America.

14 Conclusion Creamy Creations Takeover pays very little attention to the individual needs of the employees. Classical approaches are structured in nature, and Creamy Creations moved to a cross trained model as opposed to specialization. No division of labor.
