8. Steven Herrick Facts Steven Herrick was born in Brisbane on New Years Eve. He was the youngest of seven children. He was obsessed with soccer from ages 8-15. He failed the 10 th grade from getting too caught up in soccer. He didn't go to high school for 11 th grade and he worked as a fruit-picker, storeman, and clerk for that year. He still plays for an all-aged soccer team in the winter. He also plays for a different soccer team in the summer called the marshmallows.
