10 Varied Illumination Strong daylight No light at night Low light at night Glaring light at night Foggy Hazy Rainy Low temperaturesHigh temperatures Unstable power supply All-weather Various Conditions All-weather, All-conditions HD Coverage

11  Higher image quality and double the transmission channels for the same bandwidth  Half the storage required for the same image quality/bandwidth  Double the storage time for the same storage capacity/access channels H.265 coding provides higher definition, lower bandwidth, less required storage and access channels H.264 Coding for Cameras, Compatible with H.264

12  Front-end intelligent analysis: inexpensive and more reliable than back-end analysis  Intelligent transmission: characterized by smooth streaming, stable peak media stream bandwidth, glitch-free viewing experience  Intelligent coding and self-adaptive bandwidth: smooth playback even when network is congested Abandoned object detection Removal detection Intrusion detection Loitering detection Tripwire detection Intelligent Analysis: 5 Types of Active Prevention

13 Video brightness Stripe interference Signal loss No signal from frontend Video sharpness Color cast Video jitter Snow interference Image freezing Lens blockage H.264 Coding Self-diagnosed Video Quality: Automatically Detects Abnormalities in 9 Functions

14 Alarms activated when illegal intrusion detected by infrared detectors or intelligent analysis Surveillance center personnel confirm alarms. Can scare away intruders with loudspeakers. Alarms automatically interact with video recording; audible and visual sensors activated to deter intruders On-duty personnel and police deal with alarms on site 1 4 3 2 Systems Integrated for Pre-event Warning and Post-event Tracing

15 Infrared gunshot detectors on base station fence can generate intruder alarms Place infrared detectors inside base station rooms. An intrusion immediately activates alarm. Deploy VCN500 in base station rooms for local video recording and policy association Activate access control at the entrance. Alarm generated immediately when trespass occurs. Install integrated bullet cameras at base station entrance/exit. Configure intelligent analysis. Enable associated bullet camera to record intruders. Install indoor dome cameras in base station rooms. Combine access control or infrared alarm with cameras’ video recording. Typical Applications I

16 High-speed dome cameras at high base station positions. Normally, cameras travel pre-set circuits, covering the entire base station. During an alarm, the cameras switch to the pre-set alarm position and start video recording. Audible and visual sensor alarms in the base station are triggered during an intrusion. Noise and lights can deter intruders. Surveillance center personnel may use outdoor column loudspeakers to scare away intruders. Integrated bullet cameras protect base station’s critical equipment or material and configure intelligent analysis. Secondary bullet camera records videos when intrusion is detected. Outdoor passive infrared detectors in key base station areas — intrusion immediately generates alarm Typical Applications II
