3. Location The Ulpana is located in a northern neighborhood of Bnei Brak, not far from Bar Ilan University. Neve Sarah and Bar Ilan have several joint programs in science and art.

Our warm and experienced staff are present and available 24 hours a day. 9. The school body is a rich gathering of students from all over the country and the world. We have been hosting Naale students from Russia and the former USSR states for the past 15 years with great success and for the past two years, girls from North America have joined us.
