10. Policy work between LCTCS and BOR or SBCJC and governing body to inventory and monitor policies that create barriers for transfer, retention, success, graduation. Facilitate data exchange with governing boards for data collection efforts. Advise on any challenges that may exist for amending system policies Prepare state financing plan for Consortium colleges - “braided funding” strategy to ensure that all available state and local funding that can be directed to the initiative is being utilized.
