5  Practice begins Tuesday, June 7 ◦ Monday through Thursday 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.  (Gerilyn will be there at 5:45 in order to ensure everyone is registered)  End time is approximate, parents should be prepared for pick-up by 7:30 ◦ Last day of practice is Wednesday, July 20.  Eagan High School 4185 Braddock Trail Eagan, MN 55123

6  Minimum Registration: ◦ Register athletes on the club website ◦ All athletes need to be registered with AAU and have a current AAU member number  Information is on the website  Optional Registration ◦ Anyone competing at USATF meets with the club need to have a current USATF membership and be age verified

10  July 7-10, 2016  Mankato State University; Mankato MN  Qualifying: ◦ Athlete must qualify by placing in the top 8 places for individual events at the State Meet ◦ Registration will be available on the REAL website ◦ All athletes will be registered through the club with USATF ◦ More information: USATFMN.org website

11  June 25-26, 2016  Brooklyn Center High School 6500 Humboldt Ave. Brooklyn Center, MN 55430  Registration Deadline: TBD  All athletes will be registered by the club with AAU  Top 16 athletes for each event qualify for the National Qualifying meet

12  The athlete’s year of birth determines the competitive division as follows: ◦ Ages 8 & under2008 & after ◦ Age 92007 ◦ Age 102006 ◦ Age 112005 ◦ Age 122004 ◦ Age 132003 ◦ Age 142002 ◦ Age 15 & 162000-2001 ◦ Age 17 & 181998-1999

13  June 30 – July 3, 2016  Park Center High School Brooklyn Park, MN  Qualifying: ◦ Top 16 athletes from each event at the State AAU Meet ◦ Registration will be available on the REAL website ◦ All athletes will be registered through the club with AAU  Entry Fee $25/athlete

14  USATF Junior Olympic Track & Field Championship July 25 – July 31, 2016 Sacramento State University Sacramento, California  AAU Junior Olympic Games July 29 -August 6, 2016 Houston, Texas

15  All REAL club participants must obtain an AAU membership for liability insurance purposes.  Memberships must be paid prior to participation including practice.  Annual membership fee: $16  To obtain membership go to: http://aauathletics.org Select Sport: Athletics REAL Track and Field

16  Membership fee is $20 per athlete  Athletes will not be registered for the state USATF meet until age verification is on file in the local association office  Will need a copy of your birth certificate (if not previously verified)  REAL Track & Field Club Code: 30-0431  To register: http://www.usatfmn.org

17  Overall meet registrations will be handled as a club  Athletes need to be registered through our website for the meets ◦ Fees and selected events must be provided through the REAL website prior to meet registration deadline. ◦ Gerilyn will handle getting everyone registered. ◦ If you have questions, email at gerilyn@studiothirtysix.com.  To verify an athletes registration, go to: www.coacho.com ◦ Scroll down the calendar, select the applicable meet, then select performance list.
